Today. Tippie the latest addition to the family decided it was time to play. Tippie is 7 months old, and there is great debate as to what combination of breeds makes up this bundle of energy. Mostly Border collie we think, as her herding instincts are very strong. This morning, full of energy she decided to bound upon the bed saying, "common..... lets play", "get up it's a beautiful day" !!!!!
First things first. Coffee, (otherwise known as waking up) dress, grab a snack, leash the dog, out the door and into the car headed for the dog park.
I don't think that anyone can go to a dog park and not smile and have a good time. The sheer joy of just running, jumping, wrestling, and playing. As the song goes, "don't worry, be happy". Children and puppies! Fresh air and sunshine! Laughter and smiles!
I know my eyes get brite, and my toungue may not hang to the ground, but I can have a pep in my step, a smile on my face and unconditional love for those who cross my path this day.
Yeah! I will keep this for today! Keep things simple and the rest will follow.

Oh the puppy feet, never clean and neat

Run and play, never enough for the day
Home we are bound and alseep she is found.
A big day for a little dog, who is now lost in the fog,
The joy of the waging tail puts wind in my sail.
Smiles, giggles, barks and fun, tomorrow we will go for another run.
Even reading about it brings a smile to my face.
